Oh man, you need to move it to a way bigger container, atleast a 1 gal. pot. Use a good soil like Fox Farm Ocean Forest. It is kinda expencive, a bag is about 15 dollars but spending the money on some good soil really pays off in the end. Water it one good time right after transplanting, enough for the water to come out of the bottom of the pot. then dont water again for atleast 2 days, or untill about the top half inch of the soil is dry, you can test with your finger. after transplanting you wont need to add any nutes for atleast the first two weeks, maybe longer. Your plants to me look burnt, badly. So i would transplant asap and water and give it some good light and let it heal. Those bottom leaves will fall off eventually, dont cut them off.
