Classic signs of overwatering, slow growing too? Let the ;pots dry out between waterings, roots arent getting enough O2.

If your worried about those two little leaves at bottom, don't be they are coyteledons and have already done their job and will die but you have other leaves now so its all good.
I don't see signs of overwatering really no hooked leaves, maybe a tat droopy but don't look bad

look really small for 4 weeks though,you need more light or you are just wasting your time,not dissing you,just the facts ..

apart from that they look healthy enough, and those baby leaves die like that anyway
