Depends on your living space......do you have room for hydro or do you have a private area in your yard to grow outdoors. The question you are asking is not as "cut and dry" as you may think! Your a creature of your enviroment and if you really want to grow you do so in any manner nessecary...

Hey Dirtee if I had followed the instructions and advice properly I would be way ahead but unfortunately I didn't. Smacc two weeks from this Sunday they will be cut down, I am doing a nute change tomorrow then final phasing a week after then letting them chill a bit in ice.

What I do is use the hydro tub and fill it with 50l of cold water then add the nutes to the hydro tub one at a time, as one chemical is added I stir the water in the tub....once all nute are added I then pour the hydro tub into the res. I am fairly sure my problem was caused by high temperatures...

Hey Smacc looks good a little browning but lets look at the big picture you have "bud" :) I would rather see some browning then none at all it means to me you are challenging the plants with nutes, next round you adjust accordingly it's that simple. I don't know what size tank you are using...
