thats a nute deficiency. Most likely nitrogen, but i think zinc. Anyway, just add some nutes, but dont overfeed. EDIT: its neither, it would be a magnesium deficiency my friend. but if your into the last two weeks of flowering or so, i wouldnt recommend adding nutes.
