Lowryder #2 & Purple Wreck WTF!!

There is your problem. Ideally you want your temp to be between 22-25C. I noticed early signs of heat stress with my LR2 at 29C and I considered 30C borderline danger zone. If your ventilation is really up to the job then all I can recommend is a cool tube (there are DIY sections on the FAQ) or...

    Autoflower strains question on light

Auto flowering plants are not dependent on 12 hours uninterrupted darkness before they switch to flowering. From my limited experience and research the best is 18/6 which can be reduced to 16/8 after one month with no loss of yield. Giving it more hours of light certainly won't do harm but...

Low Ryder #2 Light Cycle times?

They will flowering regardless of light schedule. Personally I'd stick to 18/6 if you have any non autos in the chamber with them. If not, apparently there is no loss of yield by switching to a slightly short cycle if heat is an issue or you're trying to conserve electricity.

Low Ryder #2 Light Cycle times?

18/6 which can be switched down to 16/8 after a month with no loss in yield. They will do well though from anything between 15/9 - 24/0. Quite forgiving plants as far as light cycles are concerned.

I imagine it would at that, as would any two parents from a true breeding lines. edit: I couldn't say about potency but they certainly wouldn't grow as quickly or the yield be so high.

It's great for the seed sellers. The last thing they want is for you to become self sufficient for seeds because that will cost them business.

More than you can shake a stick at. It may be worth considering keeping the male separate and then, using a paint brush, brushing pollen only to the lower branches of your plants. That way you can keep the main cola seed free and potent. lower branches generally only produce popcorn buds which...

info pls!! 1 of my seedling flowered in 18-6

Do you have any idea what strain they flowering plants are? Autoflowering plants (lowryder and derivatives) will show sex regardless of lighting cycle after 3 weeks give or take a couple of days. If they are autoflowering then there isn't much you can do. Be thankful though, because you can keep...

The imperial gallon is 4.546L whilst the US gallon is 3.785L. The general rule of thumb of 1 foot of height per gallon I think refers to the US gallon. Not sure about that though.

    Confused about Kelvin ....

I'd afraid you have it the wrong way around friend. The 3000k is for flowering and the 6400k is for vegetative growth. If you want something for clones then go for the latter. You cannot add them together and end up with light with a colour rating in the middle. But by having one of each, you'll...

new hps lights- ready to flower- need advice!

It really depends on your grow space friend. Bear in mind that your plants will between double and triple in size during flowering. If height or time isn't a restriction then there is no reason not to leave it to veg longer. Indeed the longer you leave it in veg, the bigger the plant will be...

My grow room, am I FUCKED

Personally I'd put the mesh at about the height your plant is currently, or a couple of inches below, and then train any extra growth to grow horizontally and fill out the mesh.

My grow room, am I FUCKED

I wouldn't recommend topping a flowering plant. If you stress her like that, chances are it will turn hermie on you. The plant will likely grow 2-3 times it's current size before your finished so things will be tight. I think your best bet would be an attempt at SCROG. As for b) you can use...

    leafs curling up?

Letting tap water sit for a couple of days allows the chlorine evaporate but it doesn't do anything about over dissolved molecules. Chances are the pH of the water will be above 7, i.e. alkaline.

Quick Question.. Experience with leaves Needed*!*!*

Magnesium deficiency would be my guess. Eposm salts are the answer if my diagnosis is correct.
