I've used everthing from bent lightweight cardboard stapled to the door frame to weatherstripping. You can also add a flap of carpet at the bottom or buy a foam draft guard. It's really some thing you will have to decide for yourself but these are a few ideas Iknow will work.

No. That is not true. Running your lights on 220v cuts your amps not your watts. However running your ballasts 220v will cut down on heat. A diy 220v light controller is easy to build. Here is alink that seems ok...
You are right. I did glue 3" pvc pipe to the bottom. I used Christie's Hot Melt glue. It can be found at any siding supply house as it is used to glue the joints on Azak pvc trim board.
Another upgrade would be add union fitting to the spray rails for a better seal. Everything on that rig...
Here is a pic of one of the many of these I have built.

It has 45 plant sites and a 45 gal. res. This one had a 1340gph pump and 5" rails. Plant spacing is 8"
If I had to build this one again I would make it with a...
Just a word to the wise, those magnums weigh 33lbs. a piece. You might want to consider getting air cooled deluxe hoods. They are almost as big 24inx31.5in. vs. 26x32, however the deluxe hoods only weigh 12lbs. I happen to own 1 magnum and 5 air cooled deluxes. No noticeable difference in...
I'm still in the trailer but I'm back in aero again. I developed a modular tote system to fit in the space I had to work with. Works like a champ. Guess I missed a bunch of shit in your world. I never knew you got rid of youok forwarr. It's been quite an adventure on this end. Hope to see you...
Basically it works by blowing air across the bulb, I seriously doubt it's alot of work, but I don;t know the situation. However I can't think of any one improvement that can bring temps in your room down as easy and for little investment as an air-cooled hood. Here is a link for what I use...
Cool link Clown, however we were talking about the company, not the reflector. Daystar HID is a company that sells ballasts made by wellthink. They used to sell reflectors also. I bought my reflectors from them with 1000w digi ballast for $268. The hoods are cool star pluses. Which is a cool...
Still Rocking the wellthinks. It's been over 2 years of constant 12/12 for my 4 1000w wellthink ballasts and not an issue one. As a matter of fact I picked up another one back in September and it works fine too.
I just went on that last link and they are giving away free samples fellas. They also say that the hydrorush is food for good bene's. But we all know the outlandish claims made by nute companies.
We'll see,

Hey Jberry,
I just received some clones and the are infected with spidermites. I plan to purchase some floramite and Loudblunts said you were the man to speak to about such things.
I have plants that are a little more then 6 wks. from finish. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
