I guess you didn't understand my question, can i Top it NOW? i mean i don't have those small shoots developed right by the new set and have 2 big leaf sets already opening up, so if i top it now, those 2 big leaf sets will develop into branches or i should wait? i dont want to stunt my grow.

They are 27w and rated for equivalent to 107w incandescent lights. so about 300w~ of light. Anyway so i should veg it for 1 month? when (if i can) should i top it?

This is a very stealth grow inside a desk cabinet and the soil is some random plant soil from market (nothing good). i realise that proper air circulation is a must and will try to implement it asap. anyway i may be too paranoid but the plant seems to not be growing. it is still exactly the same...

try out some LED's maybye? not enough grows have been done with LED to really see how well they perfrorm against hps. however they cost a bit more. for the grow room. do a couple of sketches in some notebook and see for yourself how good would it work out for growing purposes. most likely nobody...
