Is my plant dying or is this normal?

So this is about week 1 from sprouting and my plant is showing something weird (first grow so IDK).
One of the first leaves is showing signs of dying:

the leaf on the right was bent about 45* downwards and after about 40 minutes:

(picture of how bent the leaf is, stem in middle)
Now its 90* downwards. Other leaf with what appears to still be the seed cap and the 2 next set leaves are straight
As well my stem seems to be VERY weak. slightest touch will make the whole plant fall down (there is no direct air flowing at it and it barely can support its own weight).
The plant is stretching to 3x 27w cfls about 40 cm above it. im not sure how it would react to heat (35*C in direct and about 42*C at light height (no outtake currently but it will be implemented in a bit later)).

After i saw the leaf bent 45* degree downwards i checked the soil and it seemed to be relatively dry, so i added a bit more right around the stem.

So my question is, is this plant healthy or it is - overwatered/overheated ?
Sorry for noob 1st timer questions.

more then likely heat stress if u do not a fan blowing on your girl what's moving the hot air coming off your lights. give her a support and get a breeze on her . put ur hand between the light and the plant if it feels hot move up your lightsor get better circulation on the hot spots. the fan will strengthen the stem and disburse hot spots. oscillating fan is ideal don't let it blow directly on it either I aim for the cfls over top of my plant but I'm newish but I'm sure that's ur problem should recover in few days bottom set that's burnt is the set of leaves that feed the seedling I think so careful

The true leaves are the ones with the ridges and valleys. The others are "simple leaves" and are supposed to die off. I think you're OK.

Too paranoid is the problem but you do need to get better circulation as suggested.
Get a simple passive air setup going. Just search grow tent ventilation and actually do it right away and not a bit later.
I use a 6" inline fan exhausting the air out of the tent through a carbon filter. And my intake is filtered vents. Really simple and cheap. You can do with just a 4" duct fan really for about $25. I have to go much bigger like most of us because of bigger lights.

This is a very stealth grow inside a desk cabinet and the soil is some random plant soil from market (nothing good).
i realise that proper air circulation is a must and will try to implement it asap.
anyway i may be too paranoid but the plant seems to not be growing.
it is still exactly the same as in those 2 pictures about 48 hours (no growth visible and no major dying signs either). so im confused? as far i know all plants tend to have straight stems reaching for light but mine is like "S" fallen downwards and reaching a bit up.

reason for my paranoia is because initially i had 2 plants and 1 seedling died from some whitish worms that ate up the root from seedling when i planted in soil. im not sure from where it got contaminated but the other plant is in the same brand soil, only different pack (pack per pot). so if the seedling died right away and this one kept growing for about a week, i figured that there are no worms eating up the roots, but now its weird that my plant looks like its barely alive and shows no signs of growth for 2 days.
So far it was watered with rain water, no nutrients.
To me it seems that there is some kind of problem with roots because there is no visible heat damage to leaves.
Lights - 3x 27w CFL running 24/7

Can someone suggest me what should i do?

Do it right or don't do it at all. That's no way to live life.

If your going to keep using that soil and not implement air circulation then they will keep dying. Pretty simple answer.
Still confused? Read again.

if you stop looking at it every 5 seconds it might grow
okay as no one is screaming that something is wrong with it (damage wise) then i will leave this thread.
This is not sealed grow cabinet, it has a, for now, sufficient air intake fan and good sized hole for outtake, just the outtake fan isn't implemented yet.

The initial question was "is it normal for plant to have 1 of those round leaves hanging straight downwards at 90*angle and the stem falling to ground with the top of plant going upwards in an "S" shape instead of straight up reaching for light".

Just have patients. Until she takes off use your time reading, reading, reading. Thats prob the best thing you can do. Like LGC said, give her some privacy. Gl
