i tried topping all of this new weird stunted growth i've had and more weird stunted growth grew in its place. the stems seem to get covered in like a light orange/pink powder where i top it. never seen this before in my years of growing. any clue what could be the culprit? i've seen things...

thanks everyone - for a long time there were spots but nothing on the bottom of the leaves. but i looked last night and there was a white growth under there... i sprayed vigorously with neem oil & a bit o'dish soap. we shall see!

growing in hydroton Hugo blocks, picked up these clones a couple weeks ago, and they're getting small white dots on the leaves. any clue folks?
