R1b3n4 is right you have some spider-mites Most growers report that they discovered mites a short time after they accepted plants from a fellow grower. It's a huge gesture of trust (blind faith more like) to accept cuttings from other growers. Use neem seeds oil to get rid of them.

I guessed mites before I saw the first reply, so I'm going with mites too. I've had them before and my advice, If they actually are mites, (check w/ a scope), get rid of the clones, bleach everything about 6x over, and over. Pray a little, maybe give your friend a stern piece of advice. Seriously though if they are not in your garden, you don't want them anywhere near it. They are ninja assassins that will infiltrate and stay in your garden unless you use some commercial grade miticide like floramite, etc.

What the others are saying. I once had a case of spider mites (those cheeky fucks), what helped me was a mixture of white soap and water. I sprayed it everyday on the top and bottom parts of the leaves (especially the bottom, because that's were those wankers sit)
