I will throw in my penny's worth as well. I agree with THE BRAIN and WILL, lighting is the key to a decent crop. You will get out of it what you put into it. Bite the bullet and get a better light system.

Your light is way to far away from your plant. Move it closer. It should be about two or three inches away from the top of the plant

Amazon.Com has everything you need for growing. That's where I buy my stuff. I use a 5 x 5 grow tent with T5 light system.
