I had this in the CFL forum but im changing the plans...im gonna update this frequently!

I have 6 CFL 26 watters in the box...making that 6 total...for the two plants. One of them seems to have burned a lil and has yellow leaves but it growing great...the other one in the back is getting really big...and is growing nicely as well.

The soil is 1/2 top soil...good shit...and half peat moss/oganic shit from the hydro store. It getts adequate drainage with the added course perlite.

Nutes are not going to be added until maybe 3-4 weeks. The plan out of the three plants we will have going we will get at least 1 female. We will make this the mother...taking clones and starting a SoG in the box...using 150 watt hps mounted through a hold in the top (hopefully) and possiblly 10 26 watt CFL's....using 5 warm 2700k bults 1750 lumens a piece and 5 Daylight CFL's, with 6500k temp. and 1600 lumens a piece. The 150 watt HPS alone is 16,000 lumens....and with the others...that gives me 32750 total lumens. At roughly 5 sq. ft. this gives me 6550 lumes per sq/ ft. This should be adequate for a good number of small plants...since my height is limited to aprox 20"....the idea is to get as many small plants in as possible.

Im thinking about running a drip system for watering...since it will be hard to water reaching in such a small space. We have the whole closet to use but i wanna see if this method will work out as i planned...which i think it will.

If you are worried about heat...we have really big fan cooling off the HPS... which doesnt get hot at all. I got a nice big Computer fan sucking air out at a really high rate...i might add another. And one smaller fan sucking aire in from the drawer below.
Eventually their will be a fan mounted in the corner.

2 clones will be added every week...so this will give us 10 at the end of flowering...making us harvest 2 big ass buds every 2 weeks....seems like a freaking good idea to me no?

These ladies (hopefully) are gonna under the HPS with the other lights soon... i moving everything outta the box to help set it up for the SoG. We are revegging the Hawaiian and will be taking clones (They are getting cut tommorow!!!!) I finially got the hand help microscope from Radioshack for 10 bucks...whatta buy. Nasty freaking 60% amber crystals all over....so yummy! So those lights are gonna go from 12/12 which they are now...back to 18/6 ..and everything we have are going under it right now...the three babies and the revegger...and hopefully we will get some nasty clones.

Once they sprout...the process begins!!!!

Any ideas or suggestions please feel free to jump in!

in the pics the plants are 4 days old...they are now 6 days...

Well fine...nobody likes me...I get it. This is basically for myself pretty much.

Today i went and checked on my babies. We put the two we have underneath the HPS with the one we just got done flowering (Revegging...fingers crossed). I came by today and dropped off 2 new reflectors containing the Daylight CFL's. I just added 9600 lumens to the process today...and we saw growth in as little as an hour...its crazy. The added blue spectrums really make those plants do well. We now have 3 sprouts...and the Revegger named Aloha (Hawaiian strain). We have a total of 25,600 lumens in like a 3 or 4 sq ft area...making it roughly 6000 lumens per sq/ft...perfect. 9600 in blue spectrum and 16000 in red with the HPS.

Heres some pics of DAY 12. They are looking beutiful and growing perfect. Not too much growth on the revegger i think she is drying up. The setup is absolutly ideal...and I'm in love with it. I cant wait for the box to get full of buds...with the SoG that we are going to do. Its going to be small...but with 2 big 'buds on a stick' every 2 weeks....who can complain...I'll never spend 50$ on an eigth again.

Enjoy and I hope somebody responds!!!

Day 16

They seem to be doing great. Nutes are in the mail. Decided to go with the BioBizz Grow and Bloom setup. Sounds good to me.

Boomer (The bushy one) seems to be growing alot better than Skeet (the tiny one). They are the same age...boom has bigger leaves and more internodes. Both seem to be growing fine and are nice and green.

These pics were on day 16...its now day 17 today and they are alot bigger. Aloha got cut today...she wasnt doing much and pretty much dried up. We set the other lil guy out and now have the setup to the max. Picture coming of the three soon. For now just day 16.

PLEASE COMMENT! Any suggestions please.

Update Time!!

Day 18 (i think)

Damn they are growing big. We are discussing plans on to which we are going to use our box. The plants that are going now are just mothers. We plan on cloning...and keeping the moms alive with 2 6500k 26watt CFL's and 4 15watt Floro tubes in a simple cardboard box.

The first picture is of our clone chamber (will have mylar soon). We will be placing 2 6500k DayLight 26watt CFLS and a humidity dome to this little box...with a small PC fan pulling air out the back. The lights will be mounted in the back...since the drawer is shorter than the depth of the cabinet.

The second picture is of the actual flower room. The dimensions are 14"w, 21"d, 22"h. This gives us a total of 2.4 sq. ft. and 14" of flower room. Sounds good to me...what about you?

The lights for the room are as follows.

10 - 26watt 2700k 1750 lumens a piece, in 2 reflectors...exactly like the ones i have now but with 2 added bulbs. This will produce 17,500 lumens, which gives us roughly 7291 lumens per sq. ft. Thats enough. We are gonna attempt 8 plants in 4 inch dia. pots...starting directly from clone. What you think i could yield doing 8 at a time..per 8 week harvest?

But heres the mothers now...day 18...i hope they turn to be mothers.
How much longer do you think i have till i can clone?
Oh BTW...im keeping a male for seeds too.

The first six are of Boomer...the last four are of Skeet. And some pics of the entire setup as of now. The middle guy is bagseed.

looking fantastic. It's true, sour diesel is such a treat... maybe my favorite!... in fact, I have a nice 8th of it right here next to me. smells fantastic.

well, good luck! I'm kind of doing a similar setup with lights... kinda. it's a 150watt HPS and a bunch of CFLs that are 42 watt each though, check out my grow room on my profile. and i'm doing hydro. so we'll see how that goes. i'm just waiting to get some clones and i'll be all set!

happy gardening!

Thanks...good luck to you as well. I'm wishing more people would participate in this thread. I need as much help as I can...I'm used to the great outdoors...this is my second attempt indoors other than vegging for outdoors.

Theres a huge swamp cooler...and it stays roughly 75 degrees in there constantly...with lights on and off. In the box...there will be 3 fans...2 sucking out and one blowing in...and a fourth moving air around on the plants for stability.

Excellent setup!
Don't worry about the lack of responses.
I am noticing that a lot of journals that show
good technique from the start, they get less
responses from the start. You say that you
need help, but your plants look great! Don't
sweat the pressure. Just shine it off and enjoy
your great setup. I am currently enjoy some
fresh White Widow and I am supremely stoked
on your grow and the diversity of your selection.
Very nice!
