This is a 105w and doesn't look that much bigger. It may have one more curl

Looks like the Bubblicious has more than recovered from it's gimpy start. It's your special green thumb. I swear you could grow an orchid in a pile of gravel.

Half past the monkey's ass on week 7....anticipating a 9-week run, dropping base nutes slowly now that PK13/14 adds are over. Stinky, sticky...but still wimpy in bud girth although lots of spears here to share the energy. Watering is every 2.5 days now so it's like, Wednesday morning, Friday evening, Monday morning. Hope I don't forget one day and go to work without a droop session when I come home.

I hate when they're doing the half day thing. I have plants doing that so I'm checking morning and evening to water.

Early '80's, Ted Nugent on Letterman...wow, easy going, cool as cucumber, funny as hell, he whoops out a Les Paul @ 5:30 and rips out "Johnny Be Good" while kicked back in a recliner. I saw this guy 3 times in the late 70's-early 80's in Houston Tx. Twice he was backup to "Black Sabbath" with Ozzy, then once as the main attraction. Saw him open a show jumping off a 6" stack with guitar in hand.....I did some "Strawberry Barrow" mescaline in one of those shows and had this constant vision of him jumping around on stage with the ear-buzz of over-driven amps for a week. I can flash-back in an instant thinking about it...and love it every time.

Girls are looking good man! I'm almost half way done with mine, but I think I'll let the second half cure for a few months or even a year :)

Mescaline! I remember mowing the lawn once on mes and it was the funnest mow ever

Clink, I could only imagine mowing down on some green grass and tripping....I have some funny stories we all would relate with, different psychedelics, but I've gotten way to old to partake ever again unless it's the end of the world. The experiences sure opened my mind though....
Say, now that your SKOG has had some time in cure, horribleherk and I would like to get your opinion of the smoke on this strain. Notice any sativa in it or anything notable over a typical Kush....taste like chicken?

Hey all, now that I have a skunky variety in the house, my sense of smell is suddenly more attuned to things similar. Next time you pop the cap off a Carona longneck, tell me there's not a sudden unmistakable scent of skunk that dies away almost as soon as you notice it. You won't catch it going back for a sniff on the bottle...only happens on cap release. Go figure.

It's Labor Day Weekend and time for some Zep, "Bring it On Home" ..this video is as good as being there (NOT!)...Jimmy starts off with the blues and then, rocks the house down. RP is surfing some lungs (extra rep for harmonica)..this is the LZ zone I love the best.

Jela, what are u doing for odor control, skunk was not as bad as diesel, and I actually prefer dielsel now...
Hi Who-kie, a carbon filter and an exhaust fan are typical here and does the trick. My comments on smell are all about opening the tent for viewing/maintenance when suction is lost and household airflow's take over. In the past, diesel's to me were far-better than "skunk" when having to consider those who might recognize the scent. Just as pungent to the nostrils though...

Hey I'm just back from MTV's VMA Awards where Miley Cyrus and I brought down the house with a little number. You should have seen Will Smith's face! It was either a case of shock and awe over our performance or he just saw another alien in Men In Black XXV! Miley aside, I wanted to contribute a musical offering -- as per Jela's rules -- from one of my teen year favourites, who just happens to live in Jela's backyard. And if you're leering at the guitarist, that's Orianthi who was going to play lead for Michael Jackson's London concerts before his untimely death. Jela, looking at this thread it appears that you up the dosage of P and K during certain weeks of flowering. Could you elaborate on that a bit, please. I get the impression you've found a key to bigger yields. Best wishes to all on the holiday weekend! Pcinla.

Pcinla, so you and Miley brought down the house eh? I'll have to read up on your escapades. As for the video, awesome contribution to the thread! Cooper is definitely a favorite of many...everybody loves him. Hey too, that Orianthi is a hot guitarist hitting the forefront of many scenes...love her lics!

Yes Pcinla, PK 13/14, a mixture of phosphorus and potassium, added at just the right moment of the flowering phase will get you some bonking big buds. Some here on RIU note a surprising difference within 24 hours of the first addition. In short, Phosphorous strengthens cell formation in flowers and Potassium helps the plant generate the sugars necessary for ample flowering. Based on Canna’s grow charts, the perfect moment is decided by reading the plant and the additions don’t last more than a week of feeds. The issue here is interpreting the chart’s wording. Canna breaks down the 12/12 flowering period into 4 phases, “Generative Period 1-4. PK add’s are in period 2, described as “Development of the volume (breadth) of flowers or fruit”. Someone here on RIU interprets this as the time when you notice all vertical growth is over on the flowers and they have just begun to swell up. I’ve fine-tuned this to another signal and that’s when the small puff balls start linking together to form the cola. I simply look for minimal segmentation along the stem, which was rough to tell with this SK OG stain. Weirdly enough, a lot of the strains I’ve grown show this trait during the end of week 4, or start of week 5. So that may be key for people with 8-week strains that form golf balls instead of colas. Guess what “Generative Period 3” is? It’s described by Canna as “The development of the mass of flowers or fruit”. So be warned, after the start of these additions, buds start fattening horizontally at an amazing rate, so vertical development stops. This is the reason I waited till week 6-7 on this SWOG strain. I was simply waiting for vertical fill-in before starting the fattening. For length of time on additions, I run for 3 feedings which is about 9 days. I tell people to reduce their base nutes ≈1-2ml/gal since PK is some hot stuff. But then again…you can read your strain. If they take everything you throw at them, give the full dose of base nutes. I am guilty of some little brown leaf tips most of the time during PK adds, but in turn get some awesome returns from the plant bud-wise.

Pcinla, after some reading on the event, did you happen to wear a big Teddy Bear costume at the MTV VMA Awards? I love the headlines "Mommy, what's Miley Cyrus doing to that Teddy Bear?" It looks like both you and Robin Thicke enjoyed the show....I have to admit the foam finger was a nice prop for her moves.

Gonna give these Boveda humidity packs a try on my next cure...I have some Barney's Farm LSD I that I want to last forever. I also have some Sharkbreath that never came up to full aroma because I used a dryer rack for the first time on "singulated" buds and they dried too fast in my environment.

quite the sales spin on that...but yes it will work but this would not be my choice.

I believe you need a humidor to store your jars....plastic food coolers are often called "coolidors".....so it's allot simpler and effective to control the environment that you store your jars in.

I have a 30L Coleman food cooler, I can control the humidity within it with a mere "puck"....so if your jars are lets say are at 62% and you maintain the coolidor at 62%....your jars will stay consistent.
