P.S. We weighed the LA Confidential last night before we jarred them up to begin the curing process. It was surprising to know that they were almost 5 zips each. Which comes to the conclusion that they are easily a QP when fully dry and cured.

The stems were snapping when we jarred it and fairly dry on the outside. I know its not 100% dry but they were exactly what we were expecting. 4000 watts of HPS we better be getting about a QP per plant lol But we were only hoping for 2 off this LA and it surprised us being that much.

As far as the kushberry goes, it is a fairly easy plant to grow. Requires some training because the branches are real spindly. You want them to be super sstrong because she bulks up in flowering creating all the nugs to fall over. Also she grows a little tall so make sure to have a lot of height. The smell is SUPERB! Smells like Lemon starburst that a skunk sprayed ha ha. Very citrus/sweet smell.

it's that good eh? isn't it just peters old line? i'll have to do some reading. i've used botanicare, fox farm, dutch canna, GH and am currently using AN products.
yes it is from the peters line. my dad has used it for around 30 years with great results. He also uses the liquid karma in his resivoir. I have also started using sweet with my flowering plants

Here is a top cola grown indoors by my dad with jacks, redigro moisture formula, liquid karma, and 400 watt HPS, I was helping him trim that day

your dad has mad skills! i'm impressed. does he do hydro?

that is a lovely cola. i've only made colas like that with my 1000 watt. i used to use liquid karma but once the 3 little birds came out with their molasses thoughts, i switched to just using molasses. there was a time when i had 12 or so additives. feeding them became a 2 hour drudge so i went back to simple. AN sensi bloom and grow. big bud and black strap molasses. i'll do a bat guano tea once in awhile too.

has your dad lived in the valley for a long time? i've been here since the 60s. i'm thinking we are about the same age. i'll bet we could swap some stories. :)

i just heard channel 15 say there are 13000 card holders in the state. i'm hoping to make 13,001 soon.
Yeah there was a article abut a month ago that came out because the state was upset at the way doctors were approving so many patients so easily.

He uses a top feed soilless system. Just jacks and liquid karma. We have been living out here for about 17 years.

Can anyone offer any ideas locally on how to obtain seeds for a hydro system. I do not know where to get them, thanks in advance ...

You dont see the ads all over this site. You have to order them from overseas Attitude Seed Co is pretty relaible they just take 2-3 weeks to arrive to the US. With no dispensaries you can only trade clones/seeds so you are either going to have to trade someone or order them from Attitude.

Isn't it illegal to order those kind of seeds and/or have them transferred through the system, mail or other delivery service?

yes it is. do some reading on ordering seeds through the mail. worse case scenario, you order seeds, they get found by customs. customs will send you a letter saying that they have intercepted the seeds and if you want to claim them then you can do so. you throw the letter away and don't contact them. other than that, i've never heard of anyone having follow up action by the gubment. it's a gamble. to most of us, it's well worth it.

it's good to know exactly what genetics you have.

Attitude has ways around that. They offer you a extra gift for a extra fee that they called " guaranteed shipping" you basically pay 10 dollars more to have them stuff the seeds in a T-shirt or coffee mug or a CD case, just makes going through customs easy, sometimes the shirts are pretty cool sometimes they are lame.
