What new felony charges? Selling to a minor? Giving to a minor and smoking with a minor.....

Hmmm..... Those all seem sensible to me. If it isn't a felony now, it should be. On the other hand, prop 19 removes criminal penalties to those that wish to grow their own. It also removes penalties for possession by ADULTS. The only new felonies are for those that would smoke with or provide marijuana to persons under 18 years of age.

Those are hardly reasons not to pass 19. A lot more people won't go to jail than will go to jail.

Everyone that votes no, proudly hold up your 215 card while standing in the middle of your huge grow area. Smile for the cameras and show us that "I've got mine" smile...

I've got mine!!!!

you ever call into work "sick" and not be sick?

go get your card.

or is it better to break the law instead.

"fib" (if you even have to) to doctor or be a criminal. which one is "better"?

BINGO.... Ask him why he doesn't mention WHAT new felonies..... He doesn't, because they make sense. They have to do with providing weed to minors.....Should have been a felony under 215, now that it is considered a prescription medication.
i didn't mention them because it's all pretty well known.

regardless of WHAT felonies it adds, it adds NEW felonies. that is all i'm saying. defend it however you want. i'm simply stating fact.

how does attacking MY character help YOUR argument?

marijuana isn't a pescription medication-you obviosuly know very little about 215 or prop 19 or C.A.

All I had to do was find my uncle dead from a gunshot wound, tear my rotator cuff, produce bone spurs on my knee, and have serious social anxiety issues...I am totally faking my health and sleeping problems...

I thought it was being directed towards the new posts. But i dont think prop 19 affects 215 card holders or does it?
Dude...I have read the bill a bazillion times, there is no exemption for medical growers...anywhere...for any reason...in fact it makes us felons...

Then i can see why it makes guys who hold 215 cards say no.But do you guys think ya are the only ones who need mmj?Alot of people cant get it where they are at because of laws.

i am truly sorry to hear that. i wish everyone could have all the pot they wanted.

if only it were that simple.
Yeah if only it was.But if voted no when do you think the next chance for something like this to come up?All the states that look at it as illegal and arrest people for smoking meds when do you think they will have a chance to live legal?I think it should be legal then work on the flaws in it.

things are happening everyday that we are not aware of. the bill arnold just signed wasn't written overnight, yet we only heard about it last week. people really need to open their eyes and see thru that one ounce sack. and it better NOT be a FAT ounce or someone is going to jail.
