Ok, Day 5 and everything is looking great! I started 17 seedlings in Red 20oz plastic cups, All but 2 have sprouted, and 3 others are yellowing and dying. Gave them their first real water the other day, and they loved it, i keep them outside on my roof-patio thing and they love the sunlight, however it does get hot up there so i have to constantly water now, too keep the plants thirst down. Yesterday almost all of them had started to turn yellow, and i gave them 2 waterings a few hrs apart, and by the end of their daytime schedule they had mostly turned back to green except 4 or 5 of em. put em indoors due to cold temps at night here, hot as hell during the day makes no sense...but bring em indoors at night covered the cups with saran wrap since their is an inch from soil-top of cup, and the humidity i think really helped them, as all but like i said, 2-4 of them are still yellow, but the 4 or 5 that were still yellow last night, turned bright green this morning!!! I was so happy when i saw them this morning!! they look vibrant and alive and im just glad 14 of them are doing really really well. I thought for a couple hrs yesterday i had really done some damage but they spruced back up to life. All the successfull ones have their first set of leaves, beside the seed-leaves, which made me happy also. I hope to flower atleast 8-10 good females with hopes of cloning, using a 600W hps with MH conversion bulb for veg. Like i said i hope to clone these to get many many more buds. The babies are outdoors right now, on a roof so bug free, lots of sun, but next week i plan on bringing them in when i get my lights, My grow area is the bottom half of a closet 3'x3' and 3' tall, sealed off with plywood, painted white on the inside, with just enough room to flower 6-8 mabye ten females, ANOTHER QUESTION - with a 3x3x3' grow box, do you think 1000W would be to much, or is 600 enough? let me know, hopefully i get lots of response, as that is my only real question! everything else is going great, hope to post pics soon! Peace and Love - Mitchell
