Will two of these lights work for a 48x24x60 tent? Having buyers remorse on the “2000w” blurple and it’s not even here yet. Thanks.

No. You need 250-300watts.

10 minutes of work you can build something with qb132 or qb120 or qb96, and have an amazing amount of spread and get a amazing return on your energy and overall cost compared to those burples.
Not everyone has the ability to build their own. Some people know so little about electrical wiring that they shouldn’t be building their own lights because they could make a basic mistake and cause a fire. I’m all for DIY, but always keep this in mind when suggesting it to people you don’t know. I know it isn’t rocket science, but I’ve seen some pretty scary looking DIY lights on the internet.

No I get that, and I was like him 4 years ago as well, I knew how to wire a light in my house up and wire plugs but this was all so new. If he can save 200$ on diy and get the satisfaction of building it himself.
I remember there being some diy builds that showed you everything on YouTube for qb132

I’m sure it’s something I would be able to do if I sat down and watched but TreeFarmer is on the right path I do not know electricity at all. I don’t even know how to wire a light up to a house lol. This first run or two I think I’m looking for a pre built plug in ready to go solution. Only thing I’m sure about is I don’t want a blurple lol.

Those look super easy! Gonna see if I can stretch the budget and snag one. All I hear is great things about HLG. I know the plants would thank me.

I think I’m between a rock and a hard place. With my budget it’s gonna be one of two things: Stay in budget and sacrifice on quality. Or stretch the budget and get quality.

This is why I brought up DIY, it’s not overly hard but I can understand you would be nervous, this is one of those where you may have to step outside your comfort zone in order to save some $$$
