If you're under 0.08BAC you are deemed not impaired DESPITE having alcohol in your system. If you're under 5 nanograms per deciliter of THC you are in the clear according to CANADIAN law. Are you too dumb or just ignorant to see how your statement of ANY narcotics in your system equates to an arrest automatically doesn't apply here nor is it factually correct. This is a DIFFERENT country. Thats ALL I had stated from the get go. I guess that was too complicated for you to understand after explaining it TWICE.Again, that is exactly what happened.
The driver displayed signs of being impaired. They arrested him and had him tested. He tested positive for marijuana and was immediately charged.
Now, are you going to tell me that if he tested positive for methamphetamine instead of marijuana they would have let him go?
Or alcohol?
Or PCP?
Seriously? That's what you're saying?
Stay in your lane next time you try to educate others on the laws in THEIR countries. LOL fucken clown. Sounds like one of those touchy feely progressive Democrats .
PS that little part about it being up to medical patients to be sure they aren't impaired was cute. What might impair you may not impair another and vice versa.
