She's one of the first people we met when we first moved up here in '01 and has been a good friend ever since. I'd like to just give it to her for free but she actually has money to spare so could afford a couple hundred a month to keep her jar full. Gave her some of my cocobudder yesterday to try out. One made with regular pot, Northern Lights I believe, and a few doses of my most recent one made with Sweet Skunk CBD pot I bought in BC. $9/g for that stuff. I really like that one. The buzz is almost like being drunk and the pain relief lasts almost 24 hours with about tsp.

I'm not a DG and wouldn't do it since it would require having my name in a government database but my standard rate is $4 ($100 zip) for valid med users usually cancer patients I know or know someone close to me. That rate makes up for giving some away for those who can't afford it. Don't sell recreational but the odd time I do in small quantities it's $10/g all the way up, or they can go buy street shwagg. Lately almost everything I grow gets turned into sift for processing into coconut oil caps and I charge $40/gram, cost per cap varies depending on the dosage used to make the batch of caps but is based on $40/gram which is based on an average 10% return of sift from bud/trim.

@The Hippy $4/g is $1800/lb. dude, if you can't grow and make some money on that you should be buying from LP's

I ran a business for 30 years, I know what it takes...better than most anyone else on this board thanks. I don't Dg right now but was wondering what is fair to folks. That's all...just askin.
As far as what you " can make " that is dependant on costs...size of the setup....ability of the grower to do it physically.....setup cost if equipment is needed....nutrient cost.....etc etc
Each grower would have or not have various capabilities which would determine costs.
There is no one set formula...only reasonable estimates.
If a grower grows outdoors it could be cheaper. If a person was stuck in another situation it could be much more expensive to produce. Maybe small tents hidden or whatever.
There is no answer for costing someone else setup...duh

I would normally agree with you...i found it a challenging plant to grow....maybe it's me, maybe it's the plant...either way, hands on experience from people who have been producing quality cannabis for years is not something to be just tossed aside....
