How muh is the gram then like 2$?
Probably cheaper then that.
Because your labour is free bud.
That's the difference.
And after the first harvest it should get cheaper n cheaper, and while you learn it gets better and better.

And you scale up to bigger n better equipment as needed.

Sorry Manc I respect you but disagree again. Last time I rented a bin it was 175 per pickup for a 6 yard bin for household garbage..fact...Waste Management Co. And I shopped around. This in K-W area. Cardboard was cheaper though.
So unless Garbage service got cheaper.....they weren't for me or two other folks i know as well. I had three different companies and they all were steadily increasing the rates each year.
If you get 4 pickup for 25 each...All I can say is ...WOW ! what a deal.
100$ a month, 60$ to drop it off, weekly pickup, soil must be in bags, 5 year contract 6 month penalty fee, brampton, I know it's there smallest bin.

I'm not sitting here offering 1$ a gram. I'm not saying it's fair. I'm not saying I'm going to do it. Other major would be hydro probly 1500 a month but harvesting 20,000g every 60 days. 10k a month and can't pay yourself a decent salary? It can be done. Nobody is willing too, myself included. We're all greedy humans if we like it or not :)

Edit - I've been referring to getting rid of 100% of product at 1$ not some 20gpd script being filled lol If it's to fill a script 100$ zip should be fine if you have extra space for a license not a stand alone shop.

Like I say...your running a business and even with compassion you need a bit back. 4-5 seems fair to me imo. If Lp's are that low then that is fair..but doesn't change my opinion of them or that system.
I've said it before...ask someone for nothing long enough and see how well that lasts. If the attitude " oh , you've got my license so where my free meds " well imo most folks would bail. It sounds good to say " Oh i'd hardly charge a dime " but yet I don't see that happening for real.

A 32kw op will run $4-5000/month in hydro

A DG deserves to make a decent wage for his/her work. I haven't crunched the numbers, but DG's have less overhead and expensive regulations than the LP's, so production costs are much lower.

I pay $47/mo for the 4 yd. bin and once-a-month pick up, it was just over $100 if want weekly. That's on Vancouver Island for a resort property.

In ON, it costs roughly $100/per 1k/month @12/12. That doesn't include peripherals, such as fans, pumps, veg room...etc.
...or the really good one - AC
With the summers here count on that being a major player. I've seen some hydro bills of larger operations - seems like Ontario hydro could pay its employees on thone accounts alone lol

I wouldn't operate my rooms/tents without LED's now, f'n hydro rates have almost doubled in the last year with all their bullshit add-on charges and the insanely hot summer we had. The LED's have brought it down to a more reasonable level. Veg is always more expensive to run than flowering, that's where I use the blurple panels at ~25w/sq. ft. which helps, easier to manage heat so some savings there too. As hydro goes up the payback is quicker.
