First rule of Rollitup Club is 'Purple is just genetics and a good thing'. Second rule of Rollitup Club is 'Never ever discuss the first rule'!

Does it wipe off? = MOLD
Not? = Color expression

Tips you say? Color expression from temp swings!

I take CLOSE looks when the "coloring" starts from the "center" of new growth and moves out towards the tips!
That can be molds OR the tell tale sign of high K..

what this ?? please help what should i do
NOTHING! It's a genetic trait common for some Sativa strains, which you have a fine example of there...MANY folks around here LOOK for pheno's that have "colored" pistils !!

but cold temps can catalyze the coloring process
Mowgli my friend......Don't start with this bone head on this topic......He doesn't get it and will start with his VPD bull shit!

And btw,,,,,You got me AGAIN! I tried to squash that frigg'in bug in your signature for the 3rd time.....LOL

As you can see it is a dark purple, almost black. I have searched high and low and it matches no deficiency i have seen.

It started on the new growth and is only in those areas. Does not come off when rubbed at all.

Sorry for two of the same pic. Didn't mean to do that. Here is another shot.

Medium is a manure and hummus mix, general hydroponics flouroduo nutes have been given once.

It gets watered by rainbor with collected rain water.

AH HAH! Pictures are worth a thousand words!

That is K at too high a level......The plant will finish ok, maybe a bit of a yield loss, but ok....It may reduce as k is used by the plant but, depending on whats in the soil,,,not so much.....

I call leaf "tips" - the other end of the leaves!

The color started the day after i used the nutes but it was also cold that night.

The plant was continued to grow and seems otherwise healthy. Should i find so nutes without K?

Nah,,,,,just reduce nute use......Wait a min.....

What nute and whats the NPK?

Lets see what we can come up with..

Just looked at the pics again .... for sure K tox.....Pretty high too....starting to block N a bit....Not going to be a plant killer! We'll work on it ok....BE CALM!

Organic?
Synthetic?
What manure did you till in and how much?
How big an area was it tilled into?

Answer my 6 questions and I'll work out a solution.....Be mindful that it will take like 7 days to show improvement AND that improvement will be shown only in the new growth!

Manure was a store bought bag at Wal-Mart.

Its 90% hummus 10% manure (not sure if horse or cow or both.) NPK of 0.05- 0.05- 0.05.

I used a 40lb bag and about 3sq feet wide and not sure how deep. The plant started inside and was moved outside the day i bought the manure mix. I also mixed in some yard dirt with the manure before i did the transplant.

Ah,,,I would still do about the same anyway...

Find something else with as low a K as you can find.....use no Silica use as that's going to be around 0-0-3....
Maybe Age Old Grow (organic) It's 12-6-6 and you could use at 1/4 strength after running water only for 8 days.....

That should help...It just takes time - the plant has enough of that yet!
