I'm currently having a bit of an issue with these guys. Placed an order on 5/12. Got the automated shipping reply immediately which was obviously bogus, given that it was 9 PM. I'm also in Michigan and still haven't received anything. I've sent multiple emails and can't get a response... No tracking number... No product... their business phone is just a cell that goes straight to voicemail. Their instagram account just deleted all content and changed names. Can't even get a response on their fb page. Should I dispute the charge with my card company or give it a couple more days?

David I wouldn't stress it at all! I ordered on Thursday, got confirm Mail on Monday and it wasn't shipped out till today.... But it's on its way and I'm sure all is fine.... Give it a week or so.... Wouldn't stress it....

I don't think you have anything to worry about, they were moving warehouses so I have no clue what is going on with them but everyone who has ordered has received. Sometimes it takes a week or two, bugging them won't help just send a friendly email. Looks like you already did that so sit tight and wait for the blessing to come.

This entire thread isn't even a year old yet?!?! Whatcha talking bout? All these posts have been from recent.... Have made several orders and very legit... Actually awaiting on some bog bubble.... They carry the fire at NGR!
Yes, thank you for your input, however while i was doing a reveiw search the post that came up where from 2014 so when i posted... Thats what i am talking about.

However it does seem possative, so thank all of you for your input.

I don't think it should be viewed as bugging them when I'm just trying to get the info that any other seed company provides. It bugs me that they can't provide the simple courtesy of replying to an email request, or keeping a legit working business line our just giving a tracking number within a reasonable time. I'm small time and primarily work alone. I still don't ignore customer emails. I don't think there's much of an excuse for that. And if it's bugging them to take my money, I'll gladly spend it with a company that's not so bothered by doing so.

I just told you they were moving warehouses, if they have finished I have no clue I live in Cali. I also stated how every single person here has gotten their seeds from the company.

Take your money elsewhere it doesn't bother me, just leaves more of a selection for me. Use your brain for more than complaining.

Roll a big fatty and relax. The reason no one is bad mouthing them is because right now this is the most legitimate place in the good ole USA to get some straight up fire genetics and everyone on here got their beans. I hope they give your money back and you move right on down the line.

I've heard of a few having probs but always resolved, I know it's a situation in which patience is less abundant than patients so you're frustration is understandable. I'd give it to the end of this week before disputing charges personally. I live in KS but have bean addiction so have all mine sent to a family member in CO to store until our laws change; that being said NGR has came through 10 out of 10 times (litteraly). What they are providing is still pretty questionable in the eyes of the man so until feds back the fuck up U.S. banks will all seem a lil flakey and for good reason when you think about it...Remember what they did to Marc Emery?

we hear this alot... patience is a must when ordering any bean bank.. hence the term patience is a virtue...
so many people has complained, then all of a sudden they stopped?
the day you forget about it, the day it comes... thats just the way the cookie crumbles sometimes...
just give us an update...even if its a month later

The legal issues are my primary concern. Flint city PD have temporarily closed a number of provisioning centers in the city of
flint for licensing issues ave failure to meet building code. I have no issues with patience. I'm just concerned about that, given what happened to their ig account. Thanks for the input though.

interesting, a few years ago american seedbanks would get slapped down pretty quick
the upside is no dealing with the customs clipping your seeds
the downside is a customer list being seized from an american seed vendor
they shouldn't keep one, but shit happens
risk is going down each year, we approach zero risk but never quite reach it

Like I said, stop taking it up the ass and get some reading comprehension skills. I clearly said they have faults and that you WILL get your order but your so butthurt that you skip over those parts.

Could I get you a tampon and some midol?

Oh because you heard something on some online forum about a warehouse move, you think you know something about my situation. I'd love to meet you bro. You seem like a real cool guy. Someone get the mop, we got a cleanup on aisle 4. Considering I make more orders in a month than you could afford to make in a year I think I am a better judge of what to expect from ordering than you.

Thats funny man. Plz tell me more about how big time you are. That's why you need to order so many seeds? You're probably right. I've been carefully selecting my genetics since day one and don't just pop random beans year round assuming they'll all be awesome. My better guess is you don't even grow. More likely a troll kid living in your parents basement, stunting like you're a big shot. We believe you... really. But I welcome all bigshots. Come see me at Michigan's medical cup.
