I would tell him to have his doctor's office write a note that he needs the mj, they do it all the time. I would advise him to retain a lawyer, that sucks, but it's a necessary evil these days.

Pretty much anywhere that a doctor actually feels MJ helps a chemo patient, including B'ham Alabama. Imagine that! You can't legally purchase it, you will still do time for it, but your doctor can absolutely help absolve you of those crimes if found medically necessary. It's a new day man!
this is how case law works..it's already been tested in the florida court as unconstitutional..re-testing it is moot.
