I lose my insurance if I get popped on a drug test, so do government employees if they lose their job.

I'd rather none of us had to worry about it, but that's not the reality we live in.

I'm against testing for weed for anything. If I smoked out 2 weeks ago, it shouldn't affect my employment today, but it does. Let's work on that instead of just for the welfare people. Either it's dumb for all of us or none of us.
what a pussy ass cop out. totally expected from you pawlbot cowards.

it reminds me of how they refuse to answer the simple question of whether gay marriage should be legal or not. being the bigots that they are, they can't say yes, so they cop out and say "let's get government out of marriage altogether!"

as if rewriting the entire tax code because they are too cowardly to own their bigotry was a good idea.

how about you stop being a tool and just answer the question already, ginwillemina.

London.

In a nut shell, thats what I said.
It would be harder to move than quit smoking, especially for people with no money. Seems they have a choice to make that doesn't involve getting high in Wisconsin. Sucks for them, but it is what it is.

I'm against my government paying for someone's weed habit too.

If I post a link with a chart you are free to use it, but I asked you to cite what you claimed. I guess you can't
Wait, you need proof that a doctor can write a letter that pt X benefits from MJ? Or do you need proof that a judge can consider this letter in his opinion?

Would a newspaper article of a story work? Or do you need the address of a doctor who has done this? If a doctor came online here that says he's willing to do this would it help?

I'm not sure you even know what you are wanting, just that you feel the need to make a point that I already agree with.

I'm asking to show me were you can get a doctors note to smoke marijuana and still keep your job, after you fail a drug test in a state in which it is illegal.

So when I said it's still illegal, you will still get arrested, but the judge can take the note into consideration for sentencing you think that says "you can keep your job if the doc says it's OK"?

You were asking me about medicaid, not a job. You will not lose your medicaid (most likely) with the right help, that help is your condition and your doctor.

LF folks.
