i'll bite...the boy was shot multiple times...pause...shots again then 2 shots to the head...which means he was on his knees bent over.at some point that cop lost control and just kept shooting.thats why he should burn.he could have kept some distance by moving away and wait for the wounded boy to succumb to the wounds and stop resistance...but he didn't he stood where he was thinking he was absolute end all be all with a license to kill.thats the moment he went from LEO to fkn scumbag no better than a gangbanger executing a rival.this is purely speculation of course based on 3rd person info.this is cop favoritism plain as day.
Once you make the decision to fire because you fear for your life, you don't stop shooting until you have ceased the threat

Very sad night, no winners. Lots of losers.

I'm still having trouble with reports of high levels of mj in Michael Brown's system and his aggressive actions in the store and apparent aggression toward an armed police officer. Do we know that it was active THC, not inactive THC? I don't ever recall being really high and wanting to cause any trouble - just doesn't go together in my experiences.

There was a winner. Wilson.

i just don't buy the official story.
seems there's lots of holes in it to me. i like the "he was so big and tough, like a hulk hogan.. i was skurred.. but yet, i managed to fight him off my gun" ?

obviously the ending, but also the very beginning of how it all went down is what really bothers me in the official story.. like Wilson was all nice asking them to get off the road and later to come here for a minute. and Brown unprovoked started being an A-hole to him? (don't care who you are or how big of a pussy you think the cop is.. i just don't buy you're going to start calling him names and stuff for no reason)

i wasn't a witness.. but that just screams BS to me. i imagine it was more like he ID'd the suspects of the robbery and came in hot. which basically lit the fuse.

i see it happening more as someone pushing their weight; "i'm mr big police man, you obey mah authority."
and someone not into taking direction from people well. being very disrespectful in response.
Brown being so disrespectful to Wilson, likely set him off. (i can't imagine how it wouldn't. you think you're the voice of authority, and this punk kid is basically saying you aint sht)

not blaming either. Brown looked a total punk thug in the video, and Wilson was probably a decent cop who lost his cool in a bad scenario. but i do think the official story is BS and that really bothers me.

like to hear more witness testimony myself. kind of baffled there; as most they've shared, have had similar stories (where the shooting or atleast continued shooting, was basically uncalled for) yet the decision is innocent? find that odd, and we're missing something here. (only 1 witness statement i read could be perceived as a warranted shooting. so i don't get the decision unless there's more supporting that story)

i really hate how this turned into a black Vs white thing though.

What official story? No one except the Grand jury has heard that. Now that it's over you can get a transcript. All that stuff you heard and read before? Media hype and journalistic fervor. Don't blame your self for falling for it, many did.

the attorney speaking last night, i was referring to that as the official story (and Wilson's testimony)
as he was speaking, i kept finding contradictions to earlier things he said and other stuff that just didn't add up for me.

The American Bar Association’s Model Rules of Professional Conduct states that a lawyer “shall not knowingly make a false statement of material fact.”
