Lets just say for a moment we overrode the grand jury and proceeded to trial and Darren Wilson was exonerated again? Would you say that it was a travesty?

Where is the justice for Darren Wilson? A grand jury including 3 black people ruled that there should be no indictment on this incident. Yet, some people have already tried and convicted the cop and will never be happy until he is dead or in prison for a crime he did not (by the definition of law) commit.

All in the name of some grey notion called social justice... We used to call that a lynch mob.

i'll bite...the boy was shot multiple times...pause...shots again then 2 shots to the head...which means he was on his knees bent over.at some point that cop lost control and just kept shooting.thats why he should burn.he could have kept some distance by moving away and wait for the wounded boy to succumb to the wounds and stop resistance...but he didn't he stood where he was thinking he was absolute end all be all with a license to kill.thats the moment he went from LEO to fkn scumbag no better than a gangbanger executing a rival.this is purely speculation of course based on 3rd person info.this is cop favoritism plain as day.

There were 90 seconds between when the officer radioed for backup and the entire incident occurred.

Life isnt a video game where you can press reset when it doesnt go your way.

Would you like to make any comment about Michael Browns actions? You know, like how he robbed a store and assaulted the clerk before attacking the cop? Or do you just want to ignore all that?

There are bad cops in the world. Darrel Wilson does not appear to be one of those. He had a clear 6 year record on the force before the shooting and I guarantee that any dirt would have been dug up by now.

So... Could you be wrong in this one case?

as for Michaels actions prior to incident its irrelevant.heres what is relevant. you've been shot..the gun is still firing...nothing in this world will stop a human from trying to charge the person holding the weapon. its bad scene to be sure but its cop who is wrong because he's supposed to be trained for this...if perp doesnt have his hands on you and is wounded you keep your distance.he showed jugment that is contrary to law enforcement and MB's civil rights.a conscious decision wad made to keep shooting when it wasn't required...manslaughter

Put simply, just about EVERY point made in these two posts is wrong. Which is why they didn't indict him.

What if the purp reaches under his shirt to his waistband while he's coming at you?
Should the cop wait and hope it's not a gun?

He believes it is totally irrelevant what happened to the cop inside the squad car and the strong arm robbery...

I mean, if you disregard all the physical evidence and listen to the mob story then the cop waited 20 minutes with Michael Brown pleading for his life before he shot him in the head.

Yeah, he should be convicted and sentenced for murder. End of story, case closed dont let evidence get in the way of opinion and social justice.
