In my own hometown, medical marijuana dispensaries were first allowed, then outlawed, then allowed again.

This fight is as over as abortion rights.

Proof; Colorado's new DUID laws regarding pot use and driving. It turns out that you can have the requisite level in your bloodstream for days after smoking- leaving you open to being arrested as if you were drunk. Worse, they're 'per se' laws, meaning you can't argue that you weren't under the influence.

That's current law in recreational legal Colorado. This fight is far, far from over people!
