Lol, sorry. Must have been reading another thread at the same time and decided to comment on the wrong one!If the pics above aren't a scrog... I don't know what is.
It is hard to see because my screen wire is green.
I had a huge roll of it and made the screen from it and now using it to tie everything down/back.

We are coming into cooler weather, but I am thinking ahead to the next crop.
I am thinking of using this as my res.

Any input from you all ???
These work great as a res not just this model but all ice coolers , eskys , whatever you call it , add ice and stays cold all day.

This one barely fits (height) where my old res is.
I will have to build a roll out tray so I can pull it out to remove the lid.
This thing has no freon, it uses a peltier device and cools the inside of the cooler up to 32* cooler than the outside temps.

nicely done fishdeth this is gonna be some nice yield to pull off! seeing you go all out in a scrog makes me wanna get back to scrogging
hope you enjoy the experience and keep up the good work
i was mainly using molass as a potassium nutriment and was giving it from 1 week before switching to 12/12 and stuck with it till 2 week before harvest, was using it mostly for the sweets in it but i found its kinda low and now on this run i totally stopped using P or K nutriments after day 40s of flowering, only using some agave raw blue syrup with water, im having better buds results with sugar and water only than on my first run tho,
I keep in mind im trying all tons of crazy -eligible stuff for my own experiences and learning from them is one of the best thing i can do

Well, yet another controversial subject.... Molasses !
Just like Defoliation, if used in moderation and a watchful eye kept on things, it shouldn't be a problem, but a helper.
Last night around 11 PM I dissolved 4 Tablespoons of Granny's Unsulphered Molasses in some warm water and introduced it to the res.
This AM, I have no foaming in the heavily aerated res.
I will watch the drippers to be sure there is no cloggage .
So far, so good !
From what I have researched, it SHOULD be beneficial, to the bennies and to the buds !!!
We shall see.....

Like you said molasses can be good when used correctly. I remember years back when I first started using molasses, put it in almost every feed and watering. Ended up locking out a bunch of nutes. This is soil though.
Like you said a lot of controversy if it changes anything. As of now I do not add any molasses, by it's self, to my soil, I personally found it did not change a thing, and that was from my own testing.
I use plenty of it though because I brew compost teas and such, so the molasses acts as a food source for the microorganisms.
If you want to get some guaranteed sweeter buds, and you are already running hydro, I'd suggest just getting some bottled sweetener like bud candy or something similar.

yea, the scrog is SO full.
I don't know if all those smaller buds in the middle will be REAL players or not, but they are really kickin since I bent the reflector more parabolic.
I am betting that the middle will be even with the front part at least by the next res change Saturday.
Probably won't catch up with the back row, or as I have been calling them... "the stadium seating". (Amnesia)

My ScrOG is doing the stadium thing as well!
I would have pulled them down for a neat and flat surface of buds, but since my light is not that powerful and all the budsites are neatly "around" it, I reckon the Stadium shape will be more effective.
Also, I took a page from your book, and am adding a UVB lamp tomorrow. =)

Last night I did my usual PH check and things have been staying pretty steady.
UNTIL NOW !
PH was real high all of a sudden.
So I added a gallon of water PH'd to about 5.
Went to bed and this morning I was up at 6 and when I dipped up a sample to check, it was cloudy/translucent.
Reached in and felt one of my air stones and it was SLIMEY... and then some !
EMERGENCY RES CHANGE !!!
Dumped that soup and scrubbed the res, air stones and the pump itself.
Took the mesh/screen out of the pump.
Scrubbed all real and rinsed very well.
Got everything running again but I missed my first feeding of the day, 1 hour at lights on.
SO... I will run on manual for a few hours, maybe leave it run till after the noon feeding just to flush the slime out.
Plants look great, this morning... fingers crossed.
