I've still to make proper use of my new fryer don. Don't tempt me. I was tempted by deep fried pizza the other day but refrained.

Halloumi is one of the best cheeses to deep fry I've yet to come across.

I've two racks of ribs and two garlic baguettes in the fridge, but I'm saving those for a day off. In the meantime, I'm back on the banana diet.

Just finished a 7 day week and got to spend my day off walking over 20 miles (hungover and without and food or drink) while waiting for the news that my car is fucked and i won't be driving it again. Now I get the joy of cycling 32 miles a day for work. So tonight i've a rib-eye, a rack of ribs, a garlic bread, and a shit ton of cheap beer and cider to try and help me relax and calm down.

Go easy with the shit ton of beer and cider, you've got to be fresh for that bike ride in the morning;)

Breakfast was country sausage in a sourdough English muffin with cheese and a little homemade blackberry jam...(fuck Mcdonalds!)

Never cooked belly pork before, only eaten it about 3 times. Egg friend rice with belly of pork slowly braised with rice wine and soy sauce.
put belly pork( season if you want)in roasting tray , cover with foil nice and tight,( so it steams) 2 hours at 120celcius , , it will be as tender as butter , particuly nice with sauerkraut and soy sauce,,,or mushy peas and mint sauce,,,,,,absolute classic combo
