ya to explain briefly you cut it into a diamond / heart / cone shape and carve a divet that will be the bowl into the top of it. The pointed end into the opening of the bottle then using a paper clip or ice pick or similar point poke holes that go all the way through.

ok so a screen and a double perk works pretty well, but still, that is a lot to boot for a clean smoke!

I may have to switch to tiger balm and hash for a less cumbersome high!!
