top fed dwc

Hello fellow growers, First time hydro grower here. I noticed my plant drooping so I uncovered some hydroton and found root rot slime all around the rapid rooter. It's been only 1 day since putting her into the top fed DWC! My top feed system is constant flow through a 3/8" (inside diameter)...
