can i just use perlite , coco peat and castings split 3 ways as a mix ? Or must I have compost ? Cors i feel as tho the castings could be the compost

you guys ever try crushing egg shells and throwing em in your aact to up the calcium in the tea ? So it'll be castings, molasses , crushed egg shells some used tea bags and fishy stuff Super tea ..... used tea bags for nitrogen and crushed shells for calcium

Whats the time frame I should be brewing my aact for ? Longest to make it very healthy for my plants ?

So I have a lot of plants and I was thinking of getting some silkworms and setting up an old fish tank to breed and collect castings. I was just wondering if anyone else has done this. I was also wondering if I could adjust their diet to adjust how effective the castings are.
