that is simply the worst combination of drugs.
JWH is bad enough by itself causing hallucinations, freakouts and shit.
Than add LSD to intensify that 25x.

The mental instability that JWH causes makes it pretty much impossible for you to control yourself on LSD.
Of course this may not be the case for everyone, because I know lots of spice smokers.

Uhhh actually it says:

The department has also sought the assistance of an outside forensic toxicology reference laboratory, which has confirmed the absence of 'bath salts,' synthetic marijuana and LSD," the statement said.
