Zkittlez auto not flowering

I got some autos from ilgm after growing 1 auto and seeing the benefits. Currently I have 1 Gelato, wedding cake, and zkittlez going. Both the Gelato and cake are flowering fine. However, the skittles has stretched like crazy, has pistols at the nodes and a few sprinkled here and there at bud sites but no real bud growth or signs that it's starting to.
I tried putting it into an extended dark period and maybe I got a few more pistils but doesn't seem like it. I tried switching up the light it's under also. Could it be bad genetics? Is there any other way I can force it into flower?

Pics are of the whole plant, a bud site with some pistils, and the main cola with no pistils looking all scraggly
