Zaleplon "Sonata" Recreational Value

I've decided that I want to get off of my Paxil CR and Seroquel because they are not providing me with the sleep that I need. I fall asleep around four in the morning and wake up at noon. I checked my health insurance website and one of the medications they cover is "Zaleplon" aka Sonata.

sonata is amazing! the best part is the visuals. look at things with patterns, such as bedspreads, wood, paintings, anything bright and colorful and swirly. you'll notice they start to swirl and turn and pulse. If you're listening to music (which is a must for this!) you can get the visuals to move in sync with the music. I recommend dubstep, very loud. Its also most fun with another person who you like and trust because on sonata, you're gonna like people more... who knows, you mike get laid It makes you a lot more open and talkative, and you'll probably tell them things you'd never told anyone else.. But its ok, because sonata gives you amnesia... you'll have the best night you never remember.

some words of caution:
1. don't ever snort a few sonata then decide to take a shower and shave. I did... and ended up hallucinating that I was shaving my skin off. big chunks of skin, and blood everywhere, and then i thought I needed to peel the skin off my fingers. This was terrifying, it was my only bad trip, and I take sonata all the time.
2. If you take strattera (atomoxetine) or it's cousin intuniv, DON'T mix it with sonata. give yourself a day, or half a day if ur desperate, for the drugs to get out of your system. strattera makes sonata completely ineffective. Normally we'd each snort 5-10 pills each over the course of the night, but when my dumbass friend said we should add strattera, and we did, we each did 20 more pills before we realized we should have been balls to the wall high, and we weren't!!

I myself have major sleep issues

Honestly if you fell you need something to sleep every night , Your better off taking nothing to sleep , Otherwise you will wind up addicted or without pills driving yourself up the wall mean whille the pills will have tollerance and do nothing anyway

Ever try breathing technics , they actually work beter than any RX for myself

i would never take prescription drugs for the sole purpose of combatting sleep issues. if you seriously cannot get to sleep then why not make sure you have a bowl to smoke each night. either grow your own or find a connect with some nice knock-out bud and you are set.

I find melatonin, about 4-5mg really helps on some nights that I can't get to sleep. But I don't take it more than a few nights a week because I develop a tolerance quick. It works very well, and it's only a few bucks for a bottle in the supplement isle.

It seems to combine with bud awesome too. I get more stoned at night than my wake n bake on melatonin nights.

you mean you could ingest a large amount of a strain with a high cbd:thc ratio and not manage to knock out? i feel like you'd have no problem doing so but i could be wrong..
I wish, That would make me tired at best. And more likely to make the situation wore Theirs nothing wore than being dropdead tired / druged knowing your body needs to rest and want's to desperatly rest but not being able to - It just pisses you off makeing sleep not possible

The best OTC type sleep herb to me is kratom , A distant second is Valerian and passion flower combo - I like this becouse the next morning it wont leave you felling druged

Sometimes I find stimulants can help to
