Great inspiring stories folks, ive heard so many great endings when ppl finally realize that the Drs are the real drug dealers..I have two close friends that cancer has come back..so im working very hard to save there lives now..my gf is also fighting skin and cervix cancer..if I cant mover licences and get making the cure and be able to do this legally or not..if I can save a life I dont care about anything else..I juice I take oil caps I put hash in my cheech like chewing tobacco..its in my blood..and I keep my levels very high..I eat good and excersize..I have ptsd, anxiety, fibro, ibs, diverticulitis, depression, adhd panic attacts..im 41 and I look 28 so im told..other then my intertwined conditions I cope fairly well..even better if all the bs I have to put up with and fight for is counter productive to my treatment in controling my symtoms. Well folks nice chatting and im sure we'll hear back next week more on how they going to try and screw us next..Im more then ready to crush whatever they come up with.

MJ is all we need even my doctors told me that if I took their meds the way they were perscribed I had 3 to 5 years to live I stopped them all and here I am 12 years later and I have a life with 6 8 and 10 year old sons and a grandson just born 10 minutes ago by my 30 year old daughter life is now good.
super congrats on the Grand child....Spider9...I think you now have a spider10...lol
Thanks for the inspiration...I hope to be at least more MED free...in the future....

I doubt I will be off the harder stuff anytime soon...though to be clear of some of the other (mind bending drugs...like cymbalta and lyrica ) feels pretty good..
the surprise for me was the huge reduction in diabetes meds that has taken place...since the addition of MMJ...and I have not had an A1C out of the normal range,(non-diabetic) in the last five or six blood tests done...
and I have made the co-relation with MMJ since nothing else has been changed diet wise or with exercise routines .
Though good "pain control "is also known to improve blood sugar controls ,so some of these go hand in hand...

My understanding is that you can no longer have access to HC. and therefore, the requests for new grow licences and/or changes of address and/or prescription amounts are not being processed.
But if you are already a pink slip carrying patient....you could lawyer up in advance....make your own changes and be prepared to fight charges, if they would arise.
If you were very low key about it...you know...but.HC has left a bunch of people in limbo...with their deadlines etc...
In my opinion its not acceptable, for anyone to fall thru the cracks....
Please ,as a patient , above all look after your medical needs first... advocate for your own healthcare its of utmost importance
the rest of the rules and stuff are for those being paid to figure it all out....and such

Doc Thanks for the reply on the last question. Kootenaygirl put me onto this site, and its great to not be a one man army trying to figure these things out. Have you heard of anyone getting the Dr. note for the sect. 53 exemption under the NCA that Conroy suggests on his site?

Regulation 53 of the narcotic control regs. Conroy says to get an authorization from their doctor under regulation 53 to the same dosage top cover them if they still have valid PPL as of Sept 2013. I have faxed this update to my Dr to see if he will write the note. I'm trying to figure what this is about, I would like to have my old carry limit.

I don't know if anybody posted about it yet anywhere, but the Appeal and Cross Appeal are available on Conroy's site. Conroy is trying to fix all the problems with the injunction so it will cover more people and reinstate your old limits.

good to hear joyr1d3, its best to make sure any or all problems are dealt with,so it doesn't end up like some of the previous changes that reverted some area's
back to the original document, leaving people scrambling to re-change some things that had already been gained...in the interim ...
its like they thought no one would notice...especially the ones who had had their lives dragged thru the courts.....

So? has anyone noticed that section 200-252 In the mmpr say amended? I brought that up today in my motion in federal court. To allow everyone to posses thr limit set out by the mmar. Also I raised the issue of moving licenses.

So when there is no constitutionaly acceptable medical marijuana exemption then the cdsa is flawed??

First one to answer correctly with to all three binding presidents wins a pack of cheese seeds! :D

Today I Federal Court where they tried to lump me in with the Turmel Kit Cru I think the judge and crown both know I fidnt file a turmel kit..I filed a judicial review! ;) the only one in 198..Wow..Now all you folks that filed turmel kits will probably have to file in the apropriate venue. I will move on and the rest of you that filed turmel kits will tie courts up for the next ten years..or get tossed right out.

1 Not in accordance with federal court rules.

2. Wrong Jurisdiction.

3.No supporting claims or documentations.

4.No Merit.

5.You cant collect damages after a law is declaired unconstitutional.

6. Your all suing the wrong person.

Like the blind leading the blind..stay out of my way if you cant shoot or pass the puck!! Your wasting your time..the courts time..my time...if we want to be takin seriously we must act accordingly and as professional as possible in court. Not bring a flipping chess board to piss off the judge.

Great if the crown missed a deadline...its still gerting tossed out.

I have a plan and yall turnel kit ppl are flipping distracting!!

Lol...well doc...I appreciate your approach....seems quite logical to me...
The fact that there are more than just two,....others presenting arguments is great...with any luck at all ,
the vast majority of the program will be looked at and hopefully, all the bases will get covered this time around.....
and then maybe ,just maybe,...our stress levels could be allowed to return to normal for a good long while.
I can not remember any longer, what it was like to not be thinking about mmj for large portions of my day.....
Too much of anything can be unhealthy...including thinking about mmj

One of the crowns best arguments? We don't have a legal right to cheap medicine and the existing program continuing will hurt the MMPR start ups. Yeah, they are actually arguing in favor of fascism, openly, in court.

The government gets to pick favorites, fuck the people and what's best for them.

This shit makes me sick.
