What if the kid smelled like garlic?
This is a good guy setting in jail for helping others. Wish I could be on his jury.

Didn't you hear? The Feds no longer consider themselves beholden to the Constitution.whoa homie, fed case?! good luck! only fuckers that scare me are the feds. been holding some friends with no bail for like 3 years. fucking bullshit....
EXACTLY CORRECT.They're fighting a "war," remember? And they're using FUNDS ACQUIRED THROUGH TAXATION UNDER DURESS, to fuel this "war" no one actually wants (except the captured agencies with investments riding on the cannabis not competing with the products produced by those businesses).
I say we get organized, unite for this cause, at the fundamental level (cannabis should never be prohibited PERIOD, and especially should not be construed as justification for imposing unjust violence and forcibly confining anyone), and DECLARE that WE WILL NO LONGER FUND ANY PERSON, AGENCY, OR ENTITY, WHO/WHICH PARTICIPATES IN THESE UNJUSTIFIABLE PRACTICES.
But this is WAR, remember?
We need to realize that if we don't present a unified front and confront this beast head-on, it will continue to pick us off one by one, in situations where each individual has zero chance of prevailing in any conflict versus a well-organized and militarized group of psychopathic mercenaries, employed by leaders of captured agencies.
And of course, it's unlikely he will receive "due process," including a jury of HIS PEERS (i.e. not people who are anti-cannabis or apathetic toward the cause of freedom of self-determinism).What if the kid smelled like garlic?

QUIT BELIEVING OUR ENEMIES PROPAGANDA .Dad fucked up by letting his daughter anywhere near his plants. LOCK THE GROWROOM DOOR, IT'S DANGEROUS FOR A KID TO BE IN THERE.
So true! You are either a medicinal patient/caregiver or a schedule I narcotics felon, with any integrity you cannot be both. The will of the People and their law vs the will of the government/bureaucracy and their criminal prohibition scheme. Their keeping on keeping on is by far not a victimless crime. This game of criminal substance prohibition had clearly been struck down Constitutionally (18th & 21st Amendments) so they write this controlled substance act (fascism) that stands a century later ...QUIT BELIEVING OUR ENEMIES PROPAGANDA .
Has there been an update to the story? Last I saw he was given a legal avenue to help others, and stuck his middle finger up at it and started crying when he got busted way over his limit. He figured fuck the law, and now his daughter is sat around without a dad. Sounds like a douche to me.What if the kid smelled like garlic?

So because he didn't want to submit to tyranny, he's a douche...Has there been an update to the story? He knew the consequences of not submitting to "tyranny" as you call it. His daughter is without a father as a result. Everything is pointing towards it becoming more and more available, guess he just didnt want to wait.So because he didn't want to submit to tyranny, he's a douche...
What about the tyrants? If those who refuse to comply with their unreasonable demands are "douches," what does that say about the tyrants?
I think that if more people, when faced with unjust laws, would say "fuck the law!" we might have gotten past all this absurdity by now.
"The Law" needs to understand that when it undermines itself by enacting injustice upon the innocent, it invalidates the asserted legitimacy of the Entire System.
"The law is the law" is only a valid argument if the law is Never Wrong.
But upon enforcing injustice via verbiage intentionally misconstrued to disparage our rights, they are in violation of both our rights, and their own rules of governance, which IMO, legitimately invalidates any and all assertions of valid authority, until no rights are being infringed, and no part of our rights-preserving documents are misconstrued to disparage the rights preserved therein.
But of course, those who assert invalid authority would never voluntarily admit they have invalidated their own authority... they will just claim they have the right and duty to do whatever earns their paycheck, up to and including murdering innocent people over relatively harmless and highly therapeutically useful plants.
Have you seen our militarized police? Resisting tyranny with weapons is pretty much guaranteed death... which i often feel is a better alternative than being unjustly forcibly confined for the most absurd of reasons (not to mention technically beyond the powers granted to our tyrannical government... not that we can really do anything about it at this point). He knew the consequences of not submitting to "tyranny" as you call it. His daughter is without a father as a result. Everything is pointing towards it becoming more and more available, guess he just didnt want to wait.
I love all this talk of tyranny though. Doesnt want to submit to tyranny so grows an illegal number of plants. Has a constitutional right to have guns for the very reason of fighting against tyranny, refuses to make use of said right. So all you people crying about tyranny, why arent you actually doing anything against it? Why do americans continue to campaign for their right to bare arms when you all refuse to use them for the reasons you were granted that right?

At his daughters expense..Not all of these situations are the same. Some random cat growing 200 plants in his basement, using the medical marijuana law as cover for his profiteering...... yeah, I don't feel too bad for someone like that when they get popped. I don't wish it upon him, but he knows the consequences going in to it.
In this case it was a guy making oil for cancer patients (likely for free). It takes a lot of fucking weed to do that. Totally different scenario, and I feel very badly for this guy. Perhaps you could accuse him of being a little careless with sending his kid to school smelling like weed, but he's no "douche" as you put it. He's risking his freedom to help others.
That's complete bullshit. A kindergartner has exactly zero business in a growroom without close adult supervision. Even then, it's better done in a greenhouse with basil and carrots.QUIT BELIEVING OUR ENEMIES PROPAGANDA .
true yet the daughter hasn't yet grown up, how can we guessed how she would have turned out.......Obama claims to had smoke lots of weed while growing up as a teenager--I'm not sure when he stop smoking, I know he was still openly smoking tobacco just a year or two ago.At his daughters expense..
