Then you'll love this: his shoes were lying there right in front of my car as if placed like someone was running. The cop told me I hit him so hard that I cleanly knocked him right out of his sneakers. He also landed right in front of a cemetery gate. 15 feet to the left and he would have landed IN the cemetery. That would have saved some time, and I would have earned an extra 100 points...

Similar but different...I hit a deer doing about 80 and it must have jumped just as I hit it. I stopped to check on the animal and my car. A guy who was following me stopped also and as I am putting the shoeless deer out of its misery I turned to see the onlooker almost laughing. I'm rather freaked out as it was and I ask him something like "what the fuck is your problem". He apologized saying "sorry, when you hit that deer it looked like something out of Monti Python...it flew like 50ft straight up, it was like you launched it."

My mom had a square body tornado. Front wheel drive v8.

It had electrical problems. One night the lights, radio, chimes, gauges started going crazy on my way home. I saw smoke coming up behind the glass in the instrument panel. I managed to pull in the driveway with smoke rolling out the dash. I disconnected the battery and emptied a co2 extinguisher into the dash and put it out.

Dad took it apart and told me I was lucky and was glad I got it put out so fast. The main harness had melted and caught fire.

OH YES! I must admit I peed a little I laughed so hard at this, thank you. I do miss trauma at times. It could be hysterically funny.
