3 week baby isn't too big and I wanna keep her short-ish for now till it's warm outside. Can I FIM or top her now? I'm trying to do a slight LST as well.

I think you'll find topping at fifth note is very common, wait a while you'll get more input soon

You ready to top as long as the plant is healthy, from the pics it is. You can wait a week or two and clone the top if you wish.

Anytime after 5th node. Some top down to 3rd node, but only after it has grown the 5th. I always just pinch the very top myself. When the plant is really growing, you can top once a week. I had a plant with 128 main tops once. {that is only 7 toppings} Outdoors of course.

So if I want to clone j should leave it for a couple weeks then? Or top it and pop a clone off that way after it grows in?

He means to use the part you cut off for a clone. It should have roots in a couple of weeks.
