Young seedling, 10 days old has been leaned right over ever since he saw light!

My green crack seedling in a one gallon bag pot in a rock wool cube has come up from the soil several days ago but his face is still partially closed and in the dirt, it's been to he point where I'm getting worried.. Any suggestions?

20 Watt CFL, 7 drips of water and leave it alone.

I thought that too but I see leaves down in there.....

I'll do that.. it's sitting under hps, could that be an issue? 500w 4 ft away

How warm is under there? It does NOT need that at this stage of growth.

What the heck is the medium? It looks like chunks of cow pies.

You know, now that I think about it and look at the photo...I'm wondering if the cube has dried?

When you put this is the new soil, did you at least drench it once? If that rockwool dries that's gonna be a problem. And as @hotrodharley said that's too much light right now IMO too.

It stays between 72-78 at the floor where she sits.

Its a basic happy frog potting mix. I think the white chunks are some type of moisture retainer.

That's possible orbo I basically make sure 6 cm deep is moist every day once in the morning and one at night.

I didn't really drench it.

seedlings are soo fragile when it comes to watering them...you gave it way too much water and killed it. start over and get some seedling starter soil

You might consider an interim step into a solo cup before going to a large pot. Is that an auto?

Totally agree now that I see he's watering daily. IMO that thing is just now starting to look like it might be ready for a small cup. Going to a gallon container this soon was your mistake IMO.

I use Miracle Gro Moisture Control potting soil to germinate in. Full of nutes and who cares? They aren't in it long enough to matter. In peat cups on a heated seedling mat. Almost 100% germination. Transplant into solo cups of REAL grow medium ASAP. Healthy sprouts.
