No i don't believe you are.
I would agree it bears some similarities but that shit could be alot.

Your clues are: yellowing lower leaves leading to spreading necrosis spots and wilting.

With plants this small it could only be overfert or soil PH WAY off as they would pretty much look healthy in just tap water at this point.

So unless you've been using RO water and purified soil till now its definetly no deficiency.

im using only 1/4 str nute, as the cotyledons have already wilted and died so must ph, last time I did my ph I noticed my meter was acting up

You cannot kill them this small using only tap water so if i were you i'd go ahead and flush those baby's out with Ph adjusted water- no nutes - just to be on the safe side. and they'll be just fine i'm sure :) start feeding VERY carefully when the new growth looks healthy and growth picks up.

Tap water has nutes and micronutes in it. My water has an EC of 200ppm ( ec* 500)

Good luck with it mate.

Just let it sit for a few hours for any chlorine the water company may have added to evaporise. Or call your water company and ask if theres chlorine in your tap water :-D

Actually your soil (if you just used regular potting soil) will prolly have nutes in it. So when you add nutes aldready its to much? Idunno just a thought...

Either way get to flushing! :-D

LIsten to this person. It's not a def. I can let plants go with nothing in promix usually till the 3rd true set of leaves before they start to show signs of def. I

sorry had a long shift at work today, I went ahead and flushed the one to the left, continuing to feed the one to the right, thanks for all the advice. apparently that one on then (TH seeds original bubblegum) is a finicky eater and is sensitive.

but the answer is yes they are both putting on growth but the one is showing further signs of necrosis so I went ahead and began to flush
