Young clone flowering under 18/6

I picked up two clones at the same time from the same mother and one of them is starting to flower like crazy. Has anyone had this happen before? The mother was still vegging when the cuts were takin. This is the first time I've dealt with clones and this just seems strange. I've also got 5 other clones that I took myself that are vegging just like the other clone I picked up. If I can figure out how to post photos from my phone I will. Thanks for any input. I've learned a ton from this site and I can't find anything like this happening.

Pictures would definately help.

Clones taken from a mother are the same age as that mother. So they show pistils early on in veg stage.

Obviously without pictures I can't say for sure but could it just be showing pistils? As most plants given enough veg time will show what sex they are before flowering.

"Clones taken from a mother are the same age as that mother...."

So the age accumulates...?
(like the score of a conker?).

My plants must have real age of 22 years or something.
The cuttings from this particular strain/plant have done the rounds for AGES!
God only knows when the actual first plant was grown from seed....?

Does the combined age affect potency, yield or anything else?

Does there come a time when it is a generation (or regeneration) too far?
