Yo would dry ice + 200 proof = omega giga fire wash???

Dryice +qwet how would this be done, would it be good
If so please explain a good method you use. Would it pick enough terpenes for an enjoyable dab

Yea the dry ice will help make for a better extraction, but you have to account for the boiling caused by the dry ice.
Ever since I tried it the first time, I've been dropping chunks of dry ice into my solvent then adding material to my container to achieve something similar to a reflux but at much colder temps and not in a closed environment.
But yea dry ice is the bomb and I use it every time I extract :)
It will absolutely pick up terpenes if your using an alcohol, seeing as how my chilled butane picks up terps during my quick extraction.

I want to try some of that 200 proof. Is it moonshine?
No sir, there is not 200 proof moonshine because alcohol and water form an azeotrope mixture which evaporates faster than they do seperately, so there will always be water in alcohol from distillation. A distilled liquor cannot be stronger than 95% (190 proof); Only extremely advanced scientific methods can create "pure" alcohol. Also 100% ethanol does not stay 100% for very long, because it is hygroscopic and absorbs water out of the atmosphere.

The highest I ever Distilled is 187 proof with a copper still with thumper run through twice for purity.

Interesting technique stoli uses to make their elite vodka involves freeze distillation process. Neat technology and some damn fine sip. If caught using this in a mixer you will loose the right to drink vodka.

I came for the sloggan gigga fire, i'll stay for "only extremely advanced scientific methods can create "pure" alcohol. I wouldn't call adding anhydrous magnesium sulphate "roasted epson salt" to your alcohol solution and distilling "advanced, just arrest the water so it can't boil and buy a proper 185-206 hydrometer and your in business. Keep your containers shut and taped and retest before use or make fresh before use. You can flask cool in dry ice but don't add it tooo the alcohol, you'll pull down so much atmospheric water and its quite the trashing no matter which extraction tek you practice.

^Iv never had success making anhydrous alcohol with magnesium sulphate..the alcohol would always keep a yellow tint to it, maybe I overheated the epsom

It works better when you distill your alcohol over the MgSO4, instead of attempting to pass it through the MgSO4. :/

right, missed the distill part..i just put the epson into the alcohol then wait for the shit to fall out and use a turkey baster to pull to top layer =/, it would be pretty clean but the little bit of yellow made me not want to use it.. need to invest in a distiller, but then that might fall into the category of a "advanced method"?...

Idk I guess it could be considered advanced but it's not as advanced as a closed loop system.
Also you could use the mgso4 on the solvent carrying your extract to remove any water that is pulled from the surrounding area when the dry ice is in contact with the alcohol, but you would need to filter the solution through a syringe filter to remove any mgso4 afterwards.
