Yields X Grams (question)

When a seed company says the plant yields 400-500 grams is this wet weight or the whole plant? Is it dried weight? Newb question, but Im a newb grower. Just curious. And yes of course i know the yield is an estimate based on ideal conditions.

that would be dry weight.
i dont see a reason to know the wet weight.

It is dry weight and they are usually reffering to a scrog type setup and the yield they mention is per square metre. I never take any notice of their estimates because it all depends on the way you grow it.

yeah you can grow more than their up to estimate.
