It's not for you silly, it's to help reduce aphids and spider mites from hanging around...

I still wouldn't grow it. I'd substitute with lavender, chilli and pyrethrum.

    02 - 15 - 18.

The chunky cab might be getting a couple small upgrades to finish up. Some hygrometer switches. A new dehumidifier and maybe a dedicated circulating fan.

    Here's how things are today.

The possible Colombian Gold (left) has thrown pistils early. The mystery/Colombian in the cup got moved to the right pot. I replanted the tomato outside.

I've also gotten new controllers. Humidity is relatively in check. Though the actual unit doing the work can't quite keep up at full tilt. The rh drops a fair bit. I'll fix that later. 20180226_171120.jpg

One more shot of the mark2 cab.

Cheers DT. Hopefully I don't have to swap out too much more stuff. Just need another dehuey. One that doesn't turn itself off when I don't want it to.

But, it's all thanks to you guys and gals that I've made it this far.

My old cabinet was 2.5ft tall by 1ft square. That was a fun mini build.

While I can get through a full cycle with it. I've found its better suited to a vegging/mother box.

Probably good for an auto grow though, right?

I'd say that depends on what size the auto wants to grow to.

Took some clones. Sat the Colombian on some plates to bring it to mesh height. I've been lazy with the lst. I haven't done any this time.

Thinking of switching to flower soon too. I'm in the mindset of- I want smoke now.
Which is making me think about building another box to get into perpetual supply.

I've got a light that would be good for clones. And another that would suit vegging. Then the big box could be a dedicated flower station. I just don't have enough spaces to clone, veg and flower all at once.

Can't seem to upload pics right now. I think my service is being a bunch of twatwaffles again.

About a week ago I swapped to flowering cycle. I noticed the Colombian was keen as beans to get going. Didn't even wait for the flip to start. She's already stacking buds up her branches. Meanwhile the mystery lady is only just getting the first signs of flowers.

I'm interested to see how well a CG goes when given a better environment and training. At this rate. She's going to have some decent sized colas. I may even have to raise the lights a bit before she's done.

As for my next round... I've now got waaaaay more beans than I had before.
I was gifted two lots. One containing some White Widow x Big Bud. And a bunch of unknowns. And the other has Dream Lotus F2s. Dream Beaver. And Dark Star x Apollo 11s.

I don't know what the fuck choose now. I want to run the widows. But I want to try the Lotus. But I also want to run the DS x A11s... brain hurting. Ow!

It would be a slightly different story if I had a 2x2/3x3 tent or another box to put some in.

My cab is 3.8ft by 1.8ft by 3ft.
Got a humidity controller. Thermostat controller. And a 3 point digital timer.

I may need to look at a new extractor fan again. This one has a click upon wind down. Only started not that long ago.

For now. I have two bathroom exhaust fans if I really need them. One for intake. One for exhaust.

Here's what I was trying to show everyone the other day. 20180331_225042.jpg 20180302_215633.jpg

Scrog net came from local hardware store. It's just plastic fence mesh. You could also use bunting. The high viz orange stuff.

I've got metal rods holding mine up.

You'll get there one day. I didn't start with this kit.

I used to grow in a 1 square foot by 2.6ft box. Used a 90w blurple cob, tuned down to 45w. Had a small bathroom exhaust fan. And a diy pencil tin air scrubber.
