yield from this system?

why not just get the same size tent without all the fancy dwc racks, fill it with 5gallon bucket dwc systems and grow 20 big plants?

That is a crazy price to start with, you could buy a tent and piece a system together for a fraction of the cost.

That price is batshit crazy and 2oz per plant is insane, 1/2g per watt would give you 1k grams or 35oz.

So 39 plants per light? Hahahahaha. You should have no more than about 10 per light. That is, if you want 2oz per plant. I'm growing 7 under a 1k hps and get 2oz per.

Let me sell you my setup for 1/3 of that cost. Hell, I'd even give the seeds with it. This is a gimmick for people why don't know better. If you've got that kind of money to spend then you should look elsewhere and buy separately unless its under $1000. Well under $1000!

Fucking garbage, pathetic how much these people charge and even more pathetic people are willing to pay such prices.Buy the shit seperate and see what it comes to.

regardless of price though... is the stuff they say about maximizing yield etc true? I'd think vertical growing is better then anything else, right? I don't see 2 oz a plant being a problem....

I'm about to buy one of these:

with 78 plants what is a realistic yield? is 2 oz per plant possible? I'd do 2x 1000 watts...
Junk

you come on here asking for peoples advice, they give you solid advice and you return with the know it all attitude. dont ask if you dont want to hear the facts. 5 grand is a shit ton of money to spend on a system. your plant count is fucking retardedly high for your lighting.

you can build that NFT system for 200 bucks. you can buy a 4x8 tent for 250 bucks. you can buy a 1kw light package for 200 bucks.......for a $1000 you can practically build that entire system. check out stinkbuds NFT system. he gives the layout and his knowledge and experience on large yeilds and a small setup.

before going out and pissing 5grand away do some research and learn how and what to expect. 1/2 a gram per watt is about average so like someone above said 1000g from 2 1k watt lights is about what you can expect. you can grow 1000 7ft tall plants but if you dont have the lighting they wont produce jack shit.

i could setup a fking warehouse grow for 5 grand. think smarter not harder and know that just because you over spend on a "state of the art" system dosent mean your going to get good results without any knowledge of how plants grow.

If you've got the room for that kit then you don't need the kit.

You just need the lighting and hydro system.

You can do a vert setup still if you want.

Have you grown before?

jesus christ... anyway. I'm asking about the yield with 2000 watts. Heath got 47 oz with 600 watts ( 2 GPW )

This style of growing is called stadium.

The idea is you take just rooted clones and flower them creating 78 sticks of bud.

Each stick could contain 5g-30g depending upon variables.

Thought I'd better answer your question.

So in real terms anything from
390g-2340g.

But that's a very optimistic hi amount. I doubt any newly rooted flowered clones would produce anything more than 15g a piece. But without trying stadium myself I could not say for sure.

I've flowered freshly rooted clones in some small airpots under 600w and got around 10g from each. Along with more larger plants.

yeah I've grown before, but I still have a lot to learn. I definitely wanna do a vert setup. something like Heaths flooded tubes... but I prob wanna do HPA instead

okay thank you!!
But like I mentioned I wouldn't drop that much money into that when you could still buy everything and not have to DIY too much to achieve the same outcome.

You have to admit its a shit ton of money. Lol.

yeah it's a lot. I was trolling when I said I was about to buy it haha. I want to build a system similar. a 'stadium grow' as you call it.

I kinda want something like this but a full 360° and then have HPA misters going all around the inside. with 2000 watts I think 3-4 GPW is doable eventually, IMHO....

1 gpw is uncommon, especially for multiple 1000 watts, all the times Ive seen it claimed it was like one or two lights of lower wattage. Aiming for 3 or 4 gpw is unrealistic. Thats like watching a track runner hit a 4 minute mile and saying "well if he can do that I should be able to do it at 2 minutes". Good luck trying though :)
