Yield? (First Grow)

Thanks in advance for anyone that took the time to answer my noob questions. Anyone have any idea what my yield will be per plant? I have 16 plants (9 blue dreams under one light and the rest are GDP and Odyssey under the other light). Im running two 1000 watt hps lights with two powerful exhaust fans. I also have an O-zone generator and an oscilating fan running. Temp is between 70 and 85 degrees with humidity ranging from 35 to 45%. My ladies are in 5 gallon buckets and I have been using many botanicare products including liquid karma, sweet, cal-mag, clearex, aquashield, and pure blend pro. Im in my 5th week of flowering and all are spewing out trichomes like crazy. I am very excited about how they look and smell and I am very curious about my yield. Any feedback/advice is greatly appreciated. Also, I would like to know what would be the most amount of plants I can grow under these two 1000 watts. My room is 12 by 10 feet. Thanks again!

This question crops up almost on a weekly basis.

there is no way anyone of use can tell you how much you will yield other than to tell you that it should be somewhere between 1g and 20000g.

It really is hard to say my friend.

there are alot of factors that go into making your plants develope like they should.

I would aim for initially maybe 0.25g-0.5g per watt of light used.

When you have your environment, training technique, nutrient mixes, Co2 enrichment, Air exchanges right size pots etc and ofcourse a knowledge of the strains you are growing then you maybe able to aim for over 1g per watt of light used but this takes great knowledge and time.

So i am sorry we could not give you a definative answer but there are many more things than just the type of plants, lights and nutes that go into growing a good yield.

Thanks for your time. I know no one can tell me an exact yield but I was looking more for a "ballpark estimate" based on experience.

based on experience.

this is what is all boils down to is experience.

You may not even make it to harvest yet. What ever you get from your first grow should suffice. Just look to better it next time.

Like i said a good average is to aim for 0.25g-0.5g per watt of light so if you take into account you are using 2x1000w you should look to conservatively get between 500g-1000g of dry cured bud.

BUt that day is a few weeks away yet.

Much like BP's initial estimate of how much oil was being released from the Deep Horizon disaster, it depends on too many variables to even come up with a wild, speculatory guess. I wish the forum had some way of automatically rejecting this question, as it is asked daily but that would likely require some very creative software.
