In the hands of the inexperienced or lazy the synthetics yield far better in most cases.Just wondering if there is a big difference in yield between the two.

You can do hydro organic. It's an expensive lot of work is what it is. One has to be dedicated for sure. I am a lazy synthetics user as I have another job.

I do not have high regard for hydro organic. I have found that an entirely inorganic grow/bloom program yielded great bud that met with approval by some dedicated soilheads. I am tending toward the conclusion that organic is about ritual and observance rather than final result. But I am not certain, and I certainly am not interested in bringing offense to those who do it organic style. But in my considered opinion - synthetic done right is a full contender and not "second best". They're both great ways to grow proper weed. cn

Nope same yield, If you are a badass. Try super soil if you want an easier organic recipe. If you are great with non organic (hydro?) you will have great yields AND great taste.

I have experience with both, synthetic nutrients will allow you to harvest more off smaller plants, you can get 4+ ounces off a 2 foot plant if its topped and trained correctly. If you are using organic nutrients (in soil) or organic super soil recipes you will need to grow bigger plants to get the same yields, which means longer veg periods. In the end if you really know what your doing, they both can produce top quality smoke!

I forgot to mention that the plants genetics also play a big role in the quality and quantity of your final product!
