Yet another..... Is it ready yet?

Hi All,

This is my first shot at growing, I've grown from seeds found in a baggie of weed that had seeded (it was pretty crap weed but i'm hoping that was cause it went to seed) anyway in typical newbie stylie I'm not even sure when I started them on 12hrs dark (probably 7-8weeks ago)
I've attached some photos of the plants and tricholmes, and was hoping that someone who knew what they where looking for could give me an opinion?

See, I am still not sure what you guys are looking at to tell if the resin content is high enough. What exactly do you look at through the microscope?

What you recon I should do? The first time I looked at them about a week ago they where more like crystal (really glossy) looking. I have them in pot and soil and have been just giving plain water for a week. Could you give a recomendation of how long I should wait before rechecking them?

Once your plants are in flowering they get trichomes on the leaves ect, it's the stuff that looks like white dust, the 'weird' photos I posted are those trichomes as seen in a micrscope, AFAIK the trick in telling when to harvest in in the colour of the trichomes... thats what I need advise on as well.

I stole this picture from someone else on here, but it is what I use to go by.

Basically as soon as I find 2 or 3 amber trichromes I flush heavily for 4 days and pull them.
