Whats wrong with them?

Powdery mildew. Milk and water mixed in a spray bottle and apply to the leaves. Don't wait too long shit moves fast.

No they look worse, the reason the mildew is on they leaves is from overwatering and spraying or too much rain.

Did you get that soil from the side of a freeway? Get some potting soil and add a quarter to half cup of perlite per pot. transplant those into a 1-2 gallon pot too. At least get a 2 $ bottle of Miracle Grow and some cheap potting soil. Poor ladies
